AI Visibility Tracking + Outcome-Driven Content

AI visibility for insurance companies: see where you stand, then build on it.

When a CFO, broker or benefits buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to trust, is your company in the answer? We track how AI tools describe and recommend you, then create outcome-driven content to build the authority that earns more mentions.

Several firms focus on this market… [Your company] is often cited for its work with small public companies…

The AI Age: Why it matters now

Buyers are asking AI for recommendations. Are they citing or recommending you?

AI answers shift from one question to the next and from one day to the next. Showing up once is luck. Showing up again and again is authority, and AI tools lean heavily on what others say about you, not just what you publish.

Some visibility tools only check whether your brand name appears in broad category questions. That misses what matters to insurance companies: whether AI describes you accurately, connects you to your specialties and names your experts.

What we track

Four layers of AI visibility, not one score

We build a prompt set around your company, your specialties and your buyers, then track each layer across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Copilot.

  • Accuracy

    Entity accuracy

    Does AI get you right?

When someone asks about your company or your executives by name, is the description correct and current?

  • Association

    Topic association

Are you tied to your specialties?

Does AI connect you to the lines, markets and issues you want to own?

  • Discovery

    Discovery

Are you named when you aren’t asked about?

When a buyer asks who the leaders are in your space, are you on the list?

  • Citations

    Citation sources

    Which sources does AI trust?

Which pages AI pulls from, and which of your assets carry weight or fall short.

How it works

Measure, build, repeat

  1. 01

    Baseline

We run your prompt set across the major AI tools and record what each one says, which sources it cites and where you’re missing.

  2. 02

    Priorities

We help you fix the basics first: inconsistent titles, outdated profiles and pages AI can’t read easily.

  3. 03

    Build

We create and promote the outcome-driven content that earns citations, using the Content Capsule Cycle: create, activate, rejuvenate.

  4. 04

    Track and report

We rerun the same prompts on a regular schedule and show what changed, so progress is visible over time.

What we build

The Inbound AI Visibility Framework

Authority isn’t manufactured. It’s accumulated. These five pillars guide every piece of outcome-driven content we create for AI visibility.

  • Expertise

Original insight from real experience: your data, case studies and answers to the questions buyers actually ask.

  • Authority

Recognition from others: media quotes, guest columns, speaking and executive thought leadership.

  • Clarity

Content structured so people and AI can read it: clear headings, definitions, summaries and FAQs.

  • Activation

Each major piece turned into posts, newsletters, carousels and sales tools, so your expertise travels.

  • Optimization

Key pages kept current, with fresh statistics, sources and links, so they stay trustworthy.

Create. Activate. Rejuvenate.

Who it’s for

Customized for insurance companies

Carriers, MGAs, wholesalers, agencies, insurtechs and benefits organizations that want to be recommended, not just found. We also track individual executives and specialists building a personal brand (if they have a personal website), because AI often recommends people as well as companies.

Inbound Insurance Marketing is probably the best vendor we’ve partnered with. Their insurance expertise and professionalism make it very easy to produce quality content.”

What is AI visibility?

AI visibility is how often, and how accurately, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews mention, describe and recommend your company when people ask questions in your market.

How is AI visibility different from SEO?

SEO helps your website rank in search results for certain keyword phrases. For many years, SEO has been a high priority. Now, AI visibility has become equally important because the first thing presented on search result pages is usually an AI overview. Many people stop there, and never scroll down to see the top-ranking websites. The AI overview draws information from the entire internet, not just your website, to determine which companies to cite and recommend. Good SEO still helps, but AI weighs expertise, consistency and what third parties say about you.

Which AI tools do you track?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Claude and Copilot. We adjust the list as buyers’ habits change.

How long does it take to see results?

Fixes to accuracy, such as titles and outdated profiles, can show up within weeks. Being named in broad “who are the leaders” answers takes longer, because it depends on building authority and third-party recognition over months.

Can you track individual executives?

Yes, if they have a personal website. Many of our clients are building a leader’s personal brand alongside the company’s. We track both, and make sure they reinforce each other.

Do we need a new website?

Usually not. We start with what you have, then recommend targeted changes, like clearer page structure, consistent bios and structured data, where they’ll make the biggest difference.
